About
Built beside dispensary counters, not conference stages
System Flowbase Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name behind System Flowbase. Established in 2018 in Bang Phat, Bangkok, the firm began by helping neighbourhood pharmacies reconcile messy month-end counts with patient-facing shelf truth.
Origin
In 2018, founders working with independent pharmacies along Charansanitwong Road noticed the same pattern: ledgers looked tidy while storerooms hid overflow cartons, and operators learned about shortages only when patients asked. The early work was hands-on — walking shelves, marking expiry windows, and writing short notes operators could read after closing.
As multi-branch groups asked for the same clarity without identical shelf layouts, System Flowbase shaped a reporting practice: shared formats, local detail, and briefings that respect Thai pharmacy hours.
How we work
We observe before we advise. Reviews start on the floor with your pharmacist present for controlled areas. Reports stay short enough to use. Monthly packs follow a fixed rhythm so branch managers know when to send files and when to expect the conversation.
We do not take over purchasing or install systems. Visibility and reporting remain the craft: helping operators see stock positions, expiry pressure, and shortage habits with enough calm to act.
People & values
Engagements are led by reviewers and analysts who have spent time in branch environments — counting zones, watching delivery piles, and sitting with operators after the last patient leaves. We value plain language, witnessed counts for controlled medicines, and respect for the pharmacist of record.
Community matters: many of our first clients still operate within a few kilometres of Bang Phat. Expanding work across Greater Bangkok has not changed the expectation that every visit leaves the branch more readable than we found it.
