Acceptance

By using this website or submitting an enquiry form, you agree to these terms. If you are enquiring on behalf of a pharmacy business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Services described

Pages describing engagements, rates, and cycles are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope, fees, and dates in writing (email confirmation is sufficient).

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, visual design, and generated imagery owned by System Flowbase Co., Ltd., remains our property. Written reports prepared for a client are licensed to that client for internal pharmacy operations use. You may not republish our site materials as your own marketing content without permission.

Client materials

Ledger extracts and shortage notes you supply remain your property. We use them only to deliver the agreed engagement and as described in our Privacy notice.

Liability

Our engagements support operator judgement; they do not replace the professional responsibility of the pharmacist of record or licensed pharmacy staff. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, System Flowbase Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions made after a report or briefing. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Forms post to a mock acknowledgement endpoint for demonstration of client-side handling; operational bookings are confirmed by our team after review.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
