Information we collect
- Enquiry details: name, email, engagement interest, branch count, preferred dates, and message content
- Engagement files you supply: ledger extracts, shortage notes, and related operational comments

Purposes
We use information to respond to enquiries, deliver agreed engagements, issue invoices, improve our reporting practice, and meet legal record-keeping duties in Thailand.
Retention
Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer relationship continues. Engagement files and reports are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and professional records, or shorter if you request deletion where the law allows. Cookie preference storage remains in your browser until you clear it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with email or hosting providers acting on our instructions, or when required by Thai authorities.
International transfers
If hosting or email infrastructure processes data outside Thailand, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the destination. Pharmacy ledger files are handled with restricted access inside our team.
